Converse & Ripped Jeans | Mummy and Baby Style

I've got into the habit of just throwing on the same thing, day after day; I've got lazy and disorganised, but have decided it's time to make a bit more effort and actually wear some of the other items I have in my wardrobe!

My plan of action is...lay out outfits for both James and I the night before - then even in my sleepy, bedraggled state, I can just chuck them on quickly!

This outfit is not exactly inspired...but it's a lot more thought out than most days. I even tried to match us together!

I headed out into the garden this time because it's much brighter than our bedroom - so no grainy, crappy photos!

But this did result in...
1) Being blown about by Storm Katie (see photo below) and,
2) My neighbours thinking I'm a bit strange!

I love this borg jacket that James is wearing. I bought it when I was only 12 weeks pregnant because I just couldn't resist. It won't be available any more, but I'm sure if you Google it, you can find something similar!

James is wearing:
Borg denim jacket - Gap
Grey polo neck - H&M
Grey knitted leggings - Zara

You may already know that I'm obsessed with Converse, and these platform pair with suede and shearling are amazing!! They give you a slight lift and elongate your legs, but you can wear them all day long - even while running around after a baby and dog! I really miss wearing heels, so these are the perfect compromise.

This quilted jumper is from Topshop and a staple in my wardrobe, especially now that I have a baby; I just hoard comfy, slouchy jumpers.

As for the jeans, they're Topshop Jamie Jeans. These are my favourite pair as the ripped knees stop the dreaded 'knee sag' that my other pairs seem to get.

Oversized Boyfriend Jacket - Topshop
Grey Quilted Jumper - Topshop
Ripped Knee Jamie Jeans - Topshop
Platform Shearling & Suede Converse
Necklace - Topshop

Hmm...can you tell that I love Topshop!? I promise I do own items from other shops!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend
