The main collections shown were grunge and 70's influenced which perfectly reflects what we've seen on the catwalks. Of course, as soon as I walked in and spotted all of the grungy, leather clothing I was ecstatic. Before the event I'd only ever purchased a few pieces off of the website, but I can see myself buying lots from Boohoo over the next couple of months - the prices are phenomenally inexpensive and the quality is fantastic.
Because the event was the first I'd ever been to I wasn't very good at taking photographs. To be honest, trying to manage carrying a bag, cardigan and goody bag while pointing a camera proved too hard for me and I just gave up in the end. So instead I'm going to include some pictures off the website, and links to some of my favourite items that have been sitting in my shopping basket since the event!
What do you think of Boohoo.com?
Boohoo is hugely hit and miss isn't it! Some things are amazing quality and value for money but others just look, basically, tacky :/ x
ReplyDeleteI love Boohoo - it's bargain filled and has some gorgeou sstuff, like most 'budget' shops you have to shop around and make sure you dont just pick random stuff and get too carried away but other than that I think it's fab! These cosey knits in particular look lovely!

Wow they have some really nice stuff coming out, I haven't actually ordered anything from there before as I like to try things on first with sizing but might have a look when the new stuff is out.

What a cool opportunity, thanks for the pictures. I know how hard it is to take pictures when carrying a bunch of stuff!
ReplyDeleteI think these are easy pieces, basic and comfy.:D
